REFUND POLICY

An overview to our Refund Policy:

- All Personalised Items are exempt from our refund policy, with the exception the item is damaged or defective.

- Damaged or Defective items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

- As small business if the item was damaged or lost in transport after leaving us, this is out of our control. We may be able to refund before a claim for loss or damage has been completed but this is always at our discretion. Otherwise it may take upto 21 days for a claim to be finalised. 

- Refunds will only be made to the original purchasing with proof of purchase.

- Refunds are always charged back the way your paid via the card you paid with (we cannot change this). 

- Refunds can take from 3-5 working days depending on whom your bank with, please be aware of this.
