Shopify & Ecwid ( “we”, “us” and/or “our”) and has been created to provide our Site visitors (“you”, “your”) with information about wix’s, shopify and ecwid (including Privy) information practices. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets forth Kaysons Creations policy with respect to information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you (“Personal Information”), that is collected from you through the website or through our other services offered.

6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
The Services/products are designed for children and adults, but not for children to purchase due to the medical nature of the product. You must be 18 or over to purchase and use this website due to the medical nature of the products sold, and age restrictions on purchasing certain gifts online. Kaysons Creations does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. In fact, as currently operated persons under the age of 18 may not use the Services. By providing information to Kaysons Creations, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

This Policy does not apply to any Personal Information collected by Kaysons Creations ie. Reviews & Photos customers send to Kaysons Creations, other than Personal Information collected through the web services/host Wix, Shopify, or Ecwid. This Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Kaysons Creations through the Services, to the Public Areas, or through any other means. This includes any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, submissions made to the Public Areas, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, Unsolicited Information).
